In 2012 we hosted our first London & South East Contact Centre Awards and what a fantastic event it proved to be! 

2013 see's its return and nominations are now open! 

You will find everything you need to nominate in any of our 12 awards within this section of our website. From your feedback last year we have also added a category to help celebrate the Best Complaints Management Team within our regions. 

The Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner will be held at the same venue as last year: Park Plaza Hotel, London.

We will be holding a charity auction at the awards this year to raise much needed funds for this worthy cause.

Cookery Experiance Day for 2

Enjoy a day-long cookery event where you will get the chance to sped the day perparing food in one of the live Miele kitchens with their experiances Home Economists. You will get to sit down and enjoy the food you have prepared at the end of the day with a glass of wine.
